What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, a securely hashed password.
- Payment data: if you buy full access, your mobile number, order ID, amount and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments (payments in India) or PayPal (payments from outside India) and never reach our servers. For PayPal payments we also keep the PayPal order ID and the country PayPal reports.
- Learning data: lessons completed, answers, flashcard reviews, skill check results and certificates.
- Technical data: IP address for security (rate limiting login attempts) and a session cookie that keeps you logged in.
- Newsletter: your email if you subscribe to the monthly brief.
How we use it
To run your account, show your progress, issue and verify certificates, send password reset emails and, if you subscribed, the monthly brief. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Public certificate pages
If you earn a certificate, its verification page shows your name, certificate ID, dates, score band and score by skill area. Anyone with the ID or link can view it. That is how employers verify it.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time by emailing mail@exploremayank.in. Deleting your account also removes your certificate verification page.
