Refund and cancellation policy

What you buy
A one-time payment unlocks digital course access (all lessons, practice questions, flashcards, walkthroughs, case studies, case labs, the Graph Diagnosis Lab, Google algorithms, the Strategy Vault, niche playbooks, interview prep, skill checks and the certificate) on your account. Access is delivered instantly after payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
No refunds
Because full access is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for change of mind or partial use. A free plan is available, so please try it before you pay to make sure the course suits you.
Duplicate or failed payments
- If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the extra payment in full.
- If money was deducted but full access was not unlocked on your account, we either unlock access or refund the amount in full.
- These refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments, or through PayPal for payments made in US dollars. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
How to report a payment problem
Email mail@exploremayank.in with the subject "Payment issue", your account email and the order ID from your receipt.
